1st Vice President
Cassie Hopkins, Tyler, Texas

Hey, I’m Cassie Hopkins, and I live in Tyler, Texas. I have been married to the legendary Coach Glen Hopkins for one year, and am excited to now be a grandma, too.
I was introduced to beep ball in 2013 by the Tyler Tigers, and the passion and love for it has continued to grow over the years. I have been a spotter, catcher, pitcher, and all-around volunteer in many ways, and helped in many capacities with the league and the board even before I was elected to it. I serve on several committees, served as the social media specialist for three years, helped run the World Series in 2021, as the assistant to the 1st VP, served in the 2nd VP position after that, and then stepped into the roll of 1st VP one week before the World Series in 2022. Despite being involved in none of the planning, I handled the challenges and was able to run and achieve a successful World Series. I have always wanted to do whatever I can to help our organization be successful and keep it moving forward in the right direction.
I have worked at non-profits for many years. Being a people person, I love that my job is engaging people and getting them involved. Building relationships, scheduling, planning, public relations, and public speaking are a big part of what I do. Carrying it over into the beepball world is a natural transition.
I love sharing with people about beep baseball and what our amazing athletes can do and take every opportunity I can to promote the NBBA and the league. I consider it a privilege to represent our league, and I do it with honor and integrity.
I have proven that I can do the job, and hope to continue working in the 1st VP position, finding ways to help make the annual World Series better for our players and volunteers – let’s keep moving onward and upward in a positive direction! Thank you for your consideration, your vote would mean the world to me.

Secretary
Stephen Guerra, Rochester, Minnesota

Greetings, I am Stephen Guerra and am currently the NBBA Secretary. I am the father to Kaylee, a teenager who has grown up in the sport of beep baseball and will be field spotting for the first time for the Minnesota Millers. I am a teammate, friend, brother, and son to very special people.
First elected in 2006, I have had the honor and pleasure of serving both the board of directors and membership. I have been part of seeing the World Series tournament change formats, served under four of the NBBA presidents, have been part of the implementation and use of an electronic delivery of payments to the NBBA, have been part of and instrumental in developing many external partnerships for and with the NBBA and many other changes which have made our league what it is today. I am a firm believer of getting to know each person in the league and listening closely to all that someone has to offer the NBBA.
I hope that I can count on your vote in the upcoming election and look forward to serving you with honor and distinction in the future.
Pamela Chesser, Austin, Texas
My name is Pamela Chesser and I would really like to be the next NBBA secretary. I am very passionate about the sport of beep baseball and would like to help with the growth of this sport through serving on the NBBA board.
I believe that I could be a great secretary because I am very organized and detail-oriented. I would be willing to collaborate with other board members if they had ideas on how any current processes could be improved.
I have previously held many leadership positions in other organizations. I have served as secretary, treasurer, 2nd vice and now 1st vice of the National Federation of the Blind. I have been a Girl Scout leader for 10 years and I have served 1 year as Tiger Den Leader for Cub Scouts. I currently serve as communications chair for a local elementary school. In all of these positions, I have needed to be very organized and willing to take on extra responsibilities beyond expected requirements. I take detailed minutes for our Cub Scout pack committee and help to coordinate various events. I have a lot of energy and perseverance and it would be an honor to be able to help with keeping organized records for the National Beep Baseball Association. This would help to ensure that deadlines are met and accuracy is maintained. The existence of the NBBA has provided me the opportunity to engage in physical sports and reach horizons I never thought possible. I have been a part of the NBBA for 16 years. My goal is to give back to the organization and to help to fulfill member goals.
Board of Directors
Jason Frazier, Mascoutah, Illinois

My name is Jason Frazier and I have been with MindsEye since 2012 in various roles. I started as a part time board operator for the station, then transitioned to Community Outreach Coordinator in 2013 and then Development Director in 2015. In 2018, I became President and CEO.
Some things I do outside of MindsEye is coach my son’s Pre-K/K basketball team, sit through 525 dances at my daughter’s dance competition or spend hours watching Law & Order with my wife Erin. I also currently serve on the St. Louis Blues Accessibility Advisory Council, Illinois State Library Advisory Council and Southern Illinois University Edwardsville Alumni Association Board.
I am a Cahokia, IL native and I graduated from Gibault Catholic High School. I am also a proud SIUE Mass Communications alum. I was selected to the Focus St. Louis’ 2020-21 Leadership St. Louis class and was selected by the St. Louis Business Journal as one of its 2020 Diverse Business Leaders.
My first experience with beep baseball came in 2013 when I was tasked with putting on MindsEye’s annual beepball fundraising tournament. I am a professed sports enthusiast and former ESPN radio producer and I immediately fell in love with the sport. While coordinating this tournament I was able to grow the one-day event to 24 teams. Also, during that time 23 different corporate sponsors, 21 teams and countless individuals have been introduced to the sport.
Since seeing the sport from the NBBA level in 2020 by adding the Gateway Archers to MindsEye’s initiatives my passion for the sport has grown immensely. I believe everyone should know about this sport and its amazing athletes. What excites me most about potentially joining the NBBA Board is being part of discussions to move beep baseball to the next level. One of the mottos that I live by is assess, adjust and move forward. This motto is what will be in my mindset with any decisions potentially made while serving on the NBBA board.
